Things I've built.

Not a portfolio of pitch decks. Real apps and real sites, shipped.

The Skate Workshop
One-on-one skate coaching app for a coach of Olympians: athletes upload clips, the coach marks them up with drawings and voice notes, assigns homework and tracks progress on a 4,952-combination trick grid. TestFlight beta, never submitted to the stores, currently paused.

Text it. It gets fixed. The pattern behind the salon app's beta loop: the owner's messages become tracked issues, and clear-cut bugs get reviewed fixes shipped over the air. It runs on my machine today.

Turnover Agent
A property manager's rental turnovers, run by an agent: guest checks out, the agent messages the cleaner on Telegram, and it is built to track confirmation and escalate if anything stalls. Live in production since late July 2026.

Still building for the salon and the rental manager, plus a few things I can't talk about yet. Want to be next?

Don't see your industry here? Doesn't matter. I build for the problem, not the vertical.

What every build gets.

These aren't one-off gigs — they run on the same infrastructure I use to run my own business. That's the standard.

Shipped, not prototyped

Every build here is real: live sites, plus an app in TestFlight beta.

Proof over promises

This site, its deploys, its monitoring: all running on the same kind of stack I build for clients. You're looking at it.

You own it

The code and the data are yours to take. No lock-in, no license meters.

Stays maintained

Scheduled health checks on what I host, and a real human (me) to reach when something breaks.

If you made it this far, you already know if you want to talk.
